QHSSE Director

Euro Mechanical is looking for a QHSSE Director to lead Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality across our four divisions in Abu Dhabi's oil and gas sector.This is a senior, enterprise-wide role reporting directly to the COO, with close working relationships across our Executive team. You'll take ownership of our integrated QHSSE management system, drive a strong safety culture, and act as a genuine change agent, connecting people, process, and performance across the business.Responsibilities:Leading HSE, Quality, and Security strategy across all divisions (EPC, Manufacturing, Services and Partners)Driving ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certification and compliance with ADNOC and Abu Dhabi regulationsOverseeing incident investigation, risk reviews (HAZOP/HAZID), and continuous improvementOwning physical and digital asset security planningLeading, mentoring, and developing QHSSE teams across the businessReporting QHSSE performance to the Exec Team and BoardRequirements:15+ years' progressive QHSSE experience, ideally in oil and gas EPC or field servicesProven experience at Director/VP level, reporting to C-suiteTrack record delivering ISO 9001/14001/45001 certificationNEBOSH General Certificate (essential); Lead Auditor certificationExperience with ADNOC or similar national oil company frameworks is a strong advantageConfident, credible communicator, comfortable at field level and in the boardroomIf you're a pragmatic, courageous QHSSE leader who wants to shape safety and quality across a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.To apply, please apply online, and our team will be in touch with suitable candidates shortly.
