Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1.Maintenance & Support of Existing Assets:

• Maintain and update existing Qlik Sense and NPrinting reports, ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Respond to user requests for data updates, visualization changes, and bug fixes.
• Ensure stability of current dashboards while planning for long-term migration.2.Strategic Assessment & Dual-Path Migration:
• Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate existing Qlik reports to determine if they can be migrated to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for better alignment with our SAP ecosystem.
• SAC Collaboration: Where feasible, collaborate directly with the ATC SAC Team to migrate eligible reports to SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Qlik Cloud Migration: For reports that are not suitable for SAC (e.g., complex custom scripting, specific Qlik-only features), execute migration to Qlik Cloud. This involves utilizing the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool to transition legacy on-premises Qlik Sense apps, scripts, and security spaces.3.SAP Integration & Technical Execution:
• Data Modeling & Transformation: Re-architect legacy Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) scripts into optimized cloud-native data pipelines or integrated cloud data warehouses.
• SAP Integration: Develop robust connections between Qlik Cloud/SAC and SAP S/4HANA. This requires expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC) and managing enterprise semantic layer re-platforming.
• Governance & Security: Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Spaces, and hybrid data gateway connections to ensure secure cloud-to-on-premises SAP communication.4.Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building:
• Expertise Handover: Provide comprehensive knowledge transfer to the existing ATC BI team. The goal is to ensure the internal team can independently manage the migrated assets, maintain new connections, and troubleshoot issues after the contract concludes (target: full handover within one year of start date).
• Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation for all migrated assets, including data flow diagrams, security configurations, and maintenance guides.Required Experience & Qualifications:
• Qlik Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience in data visualization and analysis with Qlik Sense.
• Migration Expertise: Proven experience with Qlik Cloud migration strategies, specifically using the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool.
• SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP data structures (FI/CO, MM, SD), CDS views, and OData/APIs is strongly preferred.
• Data Pipeline Development: Experience designing cloud data pipelines and implementing CDC for real-time or near-real-time SAP data synchronization.Core Competencies (Proficiency Level 3 Required):
• Data Handling: Proficient in gathering and cleaning data from various sources to ensure high-quality insights.
• Analytical Rigor: Familiar with statistical methods and techniques to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex program requirements into technical solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to business leaders.
• Communication: Excellent oral (presenting and public speaking) and written (documentation, briefing reports, correspondence, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) communication skills.
