Company: AOP Capital Ltd Location: DIFC, Dubai Employment Type: Full-timeAOP Capital Ltd, which is registered in the DIFC and regulated by the DFSA, is looking to hire a qualified Paraplanner to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are a multi-family office and provide the following services:· Full financial planning· Cash flow analysis · Detailed reporting· Investment management · Detailed diversified strategy · High-level client servicing · Market analysis & commentary We are seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented professional with experience in the financial planning and wealth management industry, who can support our Relationship Managers and internal teams in delivering high-quality financial planning and investment solutions to clients. Compensation will be commensurate with your ability to drive and enhance client acquisition. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and support the preparation of financial planning and investment recommendations for clients.Conduct detailed research and analysis of investment products, funds, portfolios and financial planning solutions.Prepare client reports, suitability reports, investment proposals and other supporting documentation.Assist Relationship Managers with the preparation of client fact-finds, financial assessments and risk profiles.Analyse client circumstances, objectives, financial goals and risk profiles to support appropriate recommendations.Conduct product and fund research and provide clear comparisons and analysis.Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and prepared in accordance with applicable regulatory and internal compliance requirements.Maintain high standards of record keeping and ensure client files contain appropriate supporting documentation.Keep up to date with developments in financial planning and the investment landscape and relevant regulatory requirements.RequirementsLevel 4 CII qualified paraplanner with relevant professional qualifications. Preference will be given to a UK Qualification. Strong knowledge of UK pension products, pension planning and relevant UK pension regulationsPrevious experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning, wealth management or investment advisory environment.Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment products and portfolio construction.Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to interpret and analyse financial information and translate it into clear, client-focused documentation.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Relationship Managers and Operations.High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.Experience working within a regulated financial services environment is essential.What We OfferThe opportunity to join a growing DFSA-regulated financial services firm in Dubai.A collaborative and professional working environment.Exposure to international clients and wealth management solutions.The opportunity to work closely with experienced Relationship Managers and senior professionals within the financial services industry.A role with scope for professional development and long-term growth.
