Qualitative Market Researcher

*This is a REMOTE CONTRACT opportunity through the end of the year**Must have QUALITATIVE RESEARCH experience**Pharma/Healthcare experience is HIGHLY PREFERREDRobert Half's client, a pharma agency, is seeking a Qualitative Market Research Analyst for a long-term contract role, through the end of 2026. This is fully remote and is full-time hours. Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the Market Research Manager in executing qualitative and quantitative research projects from planning through reporting.Assist with developing discussion guides, surveys, screeners, and other research materials.Coordinate and support primary research activities, including IDIs, advisory boards, and workshops.Organize transcripts, compile research findings, and synthesize key insights for analysis and client deliverables.Create and update PowerPoint presentations and client-facing reports.Maintain project trackers, timelines, budgets, invoices, and financial reporting to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.Coordinate deliverables across internal teams and facilitate review and approval workflows.Manage vendor relationships, including RFP/RFI processes, recruitment oversight, budgeting, invoicing, and payment tracking.Support the growth of the market research function by strengthening vendor partnerships, improving processes, and maintaining research tools and templates.Qualifications2–3 years of market research experience, preferably within a consultancy, market research agency, full-service agency, or corporate insights team.Pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing industry experience strongly preferred.Experience supporting qualitative and quantitative research studies.Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.Strong project coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.The hourly range for this position is W2 $30-37/hr DOE.
