This role will work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, R&D, and cross-functional teams to identify process issues, implement corrective actions, improve productivity, and maintain consistent product quality. (jobleads.com)🎯 Key Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, safety, and compliance.• Identify process inefficiencies, quality issues, production losses, and improvement opportunities.• Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality and process issues.• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, and other continuous improvement programs.• Conduct process risk assessments, FMEA, and other risk-analysis activities where required.• Establish and maintain process control plans, inspection procedures, specifications, and quality documentation.• Investigate internal and external quality complaints and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.• Support new product introduction, process trials, validation, and production readiness activities.• Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams on new processes, product development, and technical improvements.• Monitor daily production activities and provide technical support for process-related problems.• Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.• Develop and track KPIs related to quality, productivity, scrap, downtime, yield, and process performance.• Coordinate internal and external quality audits and support compliance with applicable standards.• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with company quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.• Work with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment, tooling, and process-related issues.• Support operator training on SOPs, quality requirements, process controls, and improvement methodologies.• Prepare technical reports, quality reports, process documentation, and management updates.• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings.• Ensure improvement actions are implemented effectively and their results are monitored and sustained. (Startup Jobs)✅ Requirements• Proven experience in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.• Strong understanding of quality management systems, process control, and continuous improvement.• Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal/external audit processes is an advantage.
