Quality and Laboratory Engineer

SANAD Projects Support Pipe Fittings Factory is seeking a Quality and Laboratory Engineer to join its team in Jeddah and support product quality control, laboratory testing, inspection, and compliance with technical specifications and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection and laboratory testing for raw materials and finished products.* Monitor product dimensions, appearance, and conformity with approved specifications.* Conduct and document routine laboratory tests and quality checks.* Maintain test records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.* Support investigation of non-conforming products and corrective actions.* Coordinate with production to ensure consistent product quality.* Ensure laboratory equipment is properly used, maintained, and calibrated.* Follow quality, safety, and factory procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.* Experience in quality control, laboratory testing, or manufacturing is preferred.* Good understanding of quality procedures, inspection methods, and technical documentation.* Ability to read technical specifications and prepare test reports.* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.* Good computer skills.Preferred:Experience in plastic manufacturing, HDPE products, pipe fittings, or laboratory testing of polymer products
