Quality & Support Engineer DubaiMust be an EmiratiWe are looking for a Quality & Support Engineer to join the Digital & Innovation team of an international insurance broker in Dubai.The role combines QA automation, application support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.Perform manual and automated testing, including end-to-end testing.Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.Troubleshoot application issues, analyse logs, and manage incidents.Support application releases, deployments, monitoring, and maintenance.Work closely with developers, product teams, users, and vendors.Maintain technical documentation and support user training.Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in QA, test automation, or application support.Must be an Emirati.Strong experience with Playwright/Selenium.Programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or Java.Experience with CI/CD, SQL, APIs, web technologies, and system integrations.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
