Sysnora focuses on helping organizations modernize operations, automate processes, and deliver better customer experiences through practical technology solutions.Role Description We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help establish a strong automation-driven quality process for an upcoming large-scale product.This is a full-time, hybrid role based in kochi, Kerala, with opening for candidates with 2–4 years of professional experience.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in test automation and the ability to build automated tests across backend APIs, web applications, and mobile applications. You will work with modern testing tools and frameworks to improve test coverage, reduce manual testing effort, and increase release confidence.The role involves designing and maintaining automated test suites, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, performing regression and smoke testing, and working closely with frontend, backend, mobile, and product teams to identify and resolve quality issues.This is an opportunity to play an important role in building an automation-first QA culture and establishing reliable testing practices for a large, structured product environment.Qualifications2–4 years of professional experience in QA Automation / Software TestingStrong hands-on experience with test automation — must-haveExperience with API testing using Postman and/or NewmanExperience with Web Automation using Selenium and/or CypressExperience with Mobile Automation using AppiumExperience with Unit / Integration Testing using Jest or similar frameworksUnderstanding of automated testing frameworks and automation architectureExperience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD toolsExperience designing and maintaining reusable automated test suitesUnderstanding of regression, smoke, integration, and functional testingAbility to identify, document, and troubleshoot software defectsGood understanding of QA processes, test planning, and test coverageAbility to collaborate effectively with Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Product, and DevOps teamsGood analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with enterprise applications, APIs, dashboards, or large-scale products is a plus
