Quality Assurance Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesManage the full complaint lifecycle, including intake, investigation, documentation, QMS tracking, disposition, timely closure, and identification of urgent complaintsMonitor and analyze complaint activity through weekly reporting, trend analysis, annual complaint reports, and coordination with Customer Service to support regulatory reporting requirementsSupport quality investigations involving deviations (DEV), non-conformances (NCM), out-of-specification (OOS) events, and CAPAs, maintaining accurate records and tracking timelines through closureAssist with root-cause investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing documentation, developing timelines, conducting interviews, and applying structured tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone analysisSupport sampling, inspection, and quality trending activities, including ANSI-based sampling or 100% inspection, while documenting results accurately in accordance with GDP requirementsProvide broader QA operational support, including batch record review/issuance, internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, SOP and quality-document updates, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, QC, Warehouse, and other departmentsQualifications1+ year of Quality Assurance or related experience in a regulated environment preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field preferredExperience supporting quality investigations, including evidence gathering, document review, and clear, objective documentationWorking knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and quality/compliance principles, with the ability to learn and follow site-specific proceduresExperience with electronic quality and reporting systems, such as QMS and ERP platforms, preferredSalary: $22/hr. - $25/hr.Ask for: Aarti ManchandaClearBridge Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
