BUILD RELIABLE SOFTWARE.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through comprehensive testing, process improvement, and close collaboration with development teams.🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🔹 Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts.🔹 Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the development lifecycle.🔹 Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.🔹 Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).🔹 Analyze test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.🔹 Participate in software requirement reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.🔹 Support continuous integration and continuous testing processes.🔹 Maintain test documentation, testing procedures, and quality assurance records.🔹 Contribute to process improvements and promote best practices in software quality.✅ REQUIREMENTS🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.💼 Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or in a similar quality assurance role.🧪 Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.💻 Experience with manual testing and familiarity with automation testing tools is an advantage.🐞 Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar platforms.🔍 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.🤝 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.📈 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.🌍 Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.🛂 Valid UAE Employment Visa / Work Authorization Required.⚠️ Candidates must have legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
