QA Engineer – Integrations & Salesforce

Company: UTECH HUBLocation: Johar Town, Lahore — OnsiteExperience: 2–3 YearsSalary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000/monthAbout the RoleUTECH HUB is looking for a QA Engineer who can take ownership of software quality, integration testing, and project documentation.The ideal candidate should have strong experience with API/integration testing and documentation.

Salesforce experience will be a major advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.Test REST APIs and integrations using Postman or similar tools.Validate data flow between different systems and identify integration issues.Create detailed test cases, test plans, and bug reports.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API/integration documentation, SOPs, release notes, and user guides.Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.Ensure features are fully tested before client delivery.Perform UAT and production-release validation.Identify edge cases and potential issues before they reach clients.Use AI tools effectively for testing, documentation, debugging, and productivity.Requirements2–3 years of Software QA experience.Strong experience with APIs, integrations, JSON, HTTP, and Postman.Good functional, regression, and integration testing skills.Strong documentation and technical writing skills.Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios.Experience with Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools.Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Salesforce – Strong AdvantageExperience testing Salesforce applications, including Flows, Apex/LWC functionality, APIs, integrations, permissions, data, sandboxes, and deployments, will be highly preferred.Automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools will be an additional advantage.We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, technically strong, organized, and takes ownership of both quality and documentation.
