Our goal is to put AI into the real operating loop, doing real work in production rather than living in the demo layer, and to redefine how this industry runs.About this roleThis is a high-autonomy role for an early core member of the team. You'll help build the platform's quality practice from 0 to 1 and own product quality end to end, from defining test scope and designing test cases through to automated regression. What you test are real finance,property and operations workflows, and AI agents doing real work in production. Your quality judgment will directly decide whether a feature ships.What you'll doWork independently from the PRD to understand product requirements, and define test scope and acceptance criteriaDesign and write complete test cases covering Finance / Obtuseness rules, AI agent Q&A / workflows, and other scenarios, including happy paths, edge cases, and error casesLead test execution, own defects end to end through to closure, and take responsibility for test results and product qualityOwn the full process from requirement understanding through to final acceptance (UAT), acting as the owner of product quality rather than just an executor running scriptsDrive the build-out of test automation as the project matures, progressively covering core regression scenarios to improve testing efficiencyWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience3+ years of software testing / QA experienceHas been through a complete testing lifecycle before (test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, regression, release acceptance)Able to work from a PRD / requirements doc to independently identify test scope and acceptance criteriaDecisive and accountable: proactively drives tasks to completion rather than waiting to be assigned workHands-on experience with at least one test automation framework (e.g. Playwright, JUnit, Selenium)Able to read and write Chinese, and comfortable reading Chinese technical docs / PRDsGood written and spoken EnglishNice to haveFamiliar with RESTful API testing methods and tools (e.g. Postman, curl)Experience building an API test automation frameworkComfortable writing SQL to verify data in a databaseExperience with performance or load testingBasic security testing knowledge (e.g. common OWASP risk areas)Experience testing AI / LLM applications (conversational products, agents)Testing experience with finance / property management / ERP-style SaaS products
