Quality Assurance Engineer:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining test strategies, writing comprehensive test plans, and driving both manual and automated testing efforts. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of QA methodologies, hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. Duties:QA Strategy & Planning: Define, design, and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios across the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Test Automation: Build, maintain, and scale robust automated testing frameworks for web applications. Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in sprint planning, refinement, and daily stand-ups, advocating for TDD/BDD practices to ensure quality is integrated from the start. Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and manage defects using test management tools, collaborating closely with developers to ensure swift resolution. CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test suites into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. API & Platform Verification: Perform rigorous API testing and validate core platform functionalities, including specific enterprise CRM ecosystems. Cross-Functional Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical issues, risks, and test coverage status to both technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Technical ExpertiseAutomation Frameworks: Strong, hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium and Java. Methodologies: Deep understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) paradigms. Test Management: Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Jira and TestRail for requirement traceability and defect tracking. API Testing: Solid experience testing RESTful/SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or Parasoft SOATest. CI/CD Tools: Practical knowledge of Continuous Integration environments, specifically Jenkins, to execute automated nightly or regression builds. Enterprise Platforms: Strong working knowledge or foundational experience testing within the Salesforce ecosystem. Professional SkillsQA Fundamentals: Strong core knowledge of manual QA processes, regression testing, and test design techniques. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and edge-case scenarios. Education/Experience:Experience in SalesForce Testing. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Compensation: Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $86,200.00 and $99,400.00. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus and equity, based upon individual and company performance.Job Post Timeline: This position is expected to be open for applications for 30 days.
