Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified QA Manager for a established food manufacturing and industrial group in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end quality assurance systems, ensuring all processes and finished products comply with international and local regulatory food safety standards. You will lead compliance efforts, audit operational procedures, and manage quality systems across manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and audit comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) across production lines.Ensure full compliance with regulatory food safety standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal, and local municipality guidelines.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality control protocols, and corrective action workflows.Manage internal quality audits and represent the organization during external regulatory or third-party audits.Monitor supplier quality, raw material incoming standards, and batch quality control tracking.Lead root cause analysis for quality deviations or non-conformances and implement preventative measures.Conduct food safety training and compliance workshops for factory and operational personnel.<strong style="font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Roboto, "Helvetica Neue", "Fira Sans", Ubuntu, Oxygen, "Oxygen Sans", Cantarell, "Droid Sans", "Apple Color Emoji", "Segoe UI Emoji", "Segoe UI Emoji", "Segoe UI Symbol", "Lucida Grande", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in EngineeringExperience: Minimum 8 years of total managerial experience, with at least 5 years specifically within milling, grain processing, or food manufacturing operations.Certifications & Compliance: Extensive hands-on expertise with food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO, Halal, etc.).Scope: Open to candidates based within the UAE or international applicants with strong food industry expertise.Skills: Expertise in quality compliance, food safety auditing, team leadership, and standard operating procedure development.Job Details:Location: Between Sharjah and Ajman, UAEWorking Schedule: 5 days a week (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
