Quality Assurance Manager

QA/QC Manager | Dubai, UAEA leading Dubai real estate developer is looking for a QA/QC Manager to safeguard build quality across a major portfolio of residential, branded residence and mixed-use projects, from design through to handover.The roleDefine and enforce the developer's quality standards, specifications and quality management system across all projectsReview and approve contractors' quality plans, ITPs, method statements and material submittalsCarry out regular site audits and inspections, and track NCRs and corrective actions through to close-outReview design and shop drawings from a buildability and quality perspective, working with the design and project teamsOversee mock-ups, testing and commissioning, and witness key inspectionsLead pre-handover inspections, snagging and defects management to deliver a high-quality customer handoverCoordinate with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, RERA and other authorities as requiredReport quality performance to senior management with clear data and trendsLead and develop a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectorsAbout youDegree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline12+ years' experience in construction QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a management roleExperience on the developer or client side is strongly preferred, ideally on high-rise, villa communities or luxury and branded residencesStrong knowledge of Dubai authority requirements, ISO 9001 and international standardsLead auditor certification and NEBOSH/IOSH are an advantageConfident challenging contractors and consultants, and influencing senior stakeholdersStrong eye for finishing quality and attention to detail
