Quality Manager - Southampton- Electronics / AutomotiveWe are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join an innovative technology company based in Fareham. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving and developing quality systems within a growing business focused on cutting-edge hardware, software and firmware products.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and develop the company’s Quality Assurance systems alongside the engineering team+ Act as the lead contact for QA-related customer activities including pre-sales support, certifications, production quality and failure analysis+ Support audits, management reviews and customer feedback processes, ensuring actions are completed effectively+ Maintain and improve the Business Management System and associated documentation+ Prepare and manage internal and external audit schedules+ Create, revise and maintain procedures, forms and work instructions+ Prepare quality documentation, reports and statistical analysisSkills & Experience Required:+ Degree qualified in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Computer Science or a related technical discipline+ ISO 9001 accreditation and strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems+ Experience implementing and developing quality or business management systems+ Proven experience leading internal and external QA audits+ ISO 9001 internal auditor accreditation+ Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills+ Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
