This new opportunity is for an experienced individual who can help deliver our quality products and assist in the management of our TGA GMP standard QMS systems. You will work as part of our existing QA team, collaborating closely with our Operations, Packaging and wider teams both locally and at our China-based manufacturing plants. You will act as one of our Authorised Persons performing batch release and be part of our QMS systems management and execution. About You & Key ResponsibilitiesPerform release of bulk and finished products, and components, including issuing CoA and CoCPerform release of batch records to manufactureDraft, review and approve documents including SOPs and specifications, as well as raw materials, bulk and finished product specificationsMaintain and control ERP codes and BOMsRaise, investigate and document Customer Complaints, Non-Conformances, Deviations, Change Controls and CAPAs related to products, materials and processesAssist in the preparation and delivery of annual Product Quality Reports, and support vendor assurance activitiesAt least 3 years' experience in a regulated GMP environment, with working knowledge of PICs GMP, TGA GMP guidance documents and standards relating to AUST L and OTC medicinesDemonstrated experience performing batch release and quality assurance investigations in a regulated GMP environmentAn understanding of PQR requirements; understanding of Vendor Assurance requirements desirableStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teamsHigh attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesA Degree or Diploma in Science or a related field desirable, along with experience using ERP systemsA positive, "can-do" attitude and mindset to thrive in a dynamic and diverse work environmentWhat's on Offer?$90,000 + SuperPermanent, full-time role, Monday to FridayImmediate start preferredOpportunity to advance your career within a growing pharmaceutical manufacturerCollaborative team environment working across local and international sitesApply Now If you are a dedicated professional seeking to advance your career in the pharmaceutical industry, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
