Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture.Minimum 10–15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.At least 5 years in a senior QA/QC role on large-scale projects.Proven experience in high end villa, high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.Experience from project start-up to handover and close-out working with contractor, consultants,UAE experience is highly preferableThorough understanding of QA/QC systems and quality management principlesStrong knowledge of:Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)Method StatementsMaterial Inspection Requests (MIRs)Work Inspection Requests (WIRs)Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Site Observation Reports (SORs)Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
