Responsibilities

Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.Ensure that construction activities comply with approved quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and project specifications.Conduct site inspections to verify that construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.Review and verify material submittals, technical documents, inspection requests, and test reports.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site engineers, and project teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.Monitor and inspect civil, architectural, structural, and finishing works for building and airport projects.Review and verify concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, waterproofing, masonry, and other construction activities, as applicable.Ensure that materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and relevant international standards.Identify non-conformities, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and other project quality documentation.Participate in quality audits, site inspections, and quality meetings with contractors and project stakeholders.Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure timely closure of quality observations and NCRs.Assist in preparing quality reports and maintaining project quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements during site inspections.Requirement :Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Relevant experience as a QA/QC Engineer in building, residential, commercial, or airport construction projects.Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures, construction materials, inspection processes, and testing requirements.Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, Method Statements, ITPs, and material submittals.Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and relevant construction standards.Experience identifying non-conformities and monitoring corrective actions.Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and reporting skills.Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
