Hiring: QA/QC Inspector | Villas Construction | UAEA well-established Turkish company who has core business of Contracting, wants to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to join our Quality team and ensure the highest standards of workmanship across luxury villa construction projects in the UAE.The QA/QC Inspector is the frontline representative of the Quality Department, responsible for conducting daily site inspections throughout every critical stage of construction, making reports. This role ensures that all work is executed in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), project specifications, and quality standards before subsequent construction activities are permitted to proceed.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a proactive QA/QC Inspector with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will ensure that every stage of construction meets project requirements, helping maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction across luxury villa developments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily site inspections at all critical stages of villa construction.Verify that construction works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), project specifications, and quality standards.Direct reporting to QA/ QC Managers.Must make reports on the work without negligence.Inspect civil, architectural, and finishing works prior to consultant inspections and subsequent construction activities.Raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure.Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues promptly.Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, quality records, and photographic documentation.Witness material inspections, mock-up approvals, and testing activities as required.Ensure approved materials are used and installed in accordance with project specifications.Participate in consultant inspections and assist in obtaining work approvals.Monitor workmanship quality and identify defects or deviations before they impact project progress.Support the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance with company quality procedures.Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance construction quality and efficiency.RequirementsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.2–5 years of total professional experience in construction quality assurance and quality control.Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is preferred, particularly in villa or residential construction projects is a must.Fluency in English (Turkic language is an advantage).Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and construction specifications.Familiarity with UAE construction standards and quality management practices.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.Experience conducting inspections for civil, architectural, and finishing works.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation.Strong observation, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team. Why Join Us?Competitive salary package.Opportunity to work on prestigious villa and residential developments across the UAE.Career growth within a professional and collaborative work environment.Exposure to complex, high-value construction projects using industry-leading planning tools and methodologies.📩 Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply by submitting their updated CV at cv@klayhr.com.
