This is your opportunity to ensure excellence in every component and activity executed, by applying strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for quality.About Your TeamYou will report to the QA/QC Officer and work closely with production and site teams to conduct inspections, monitor compliance with technical drawings and specifications, and help implement quality control procedures. Your work ensures our fitout works meet both internal standards and client expectations.Your RoleAs a QA/QC Inspector, you will be responsible for:Conducting inspections on materials, in-process works, and completed fitout worksVerifying compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarksIdentifying and documenting non-conformances and supporting corrective actionsEnsuring proper use and calibration of measuring tools and equipmentCollaborating with production and site teams to resolve quality issuesSupporting internal and external auditsMaintaining accurate records of inspections, reports, and test resultsPromoting a quality-first mindset across fitout activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience:Minimum 2 years in a QA/QC or inspection role within a fitout environment.Knowledge & Skills:Strong understanding of fitout materials, construction methods, and installation techniquesAbility to read technical, architectural, and fitout drawingsProficiency in using inspection tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, levels, measuring tapes, and templates)Attention to detail and good analytical skillsFamiliarity with MS Office Suite and quality documentationUnderstanding of ISO 9001 and root cause analysis (desirable)What We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to high-quality fitout works for iconic projects across the UAEA structured, supportive environment focused on continuous improvementA role where your attention to detail directly impacts product excellence and client satisfactionReady to elevate your career?
