Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager

About the RoleThe position objective is to oversee and ensure the quality of production processes from our field office, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and reporting on performance metrics.ResponsibilitiesConduct rigorous inspections to verify project compliance with quality standards.Monitor production processes and prepare comprehensive quality control reports.Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.Promptly communicate any identified non-conforming products or production issues to responsible parties.Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable solution recommendations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, etc.).In-depth knowledge and experience with quality management systems and standards.Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, with a total of at least 15 years of relevant experience.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with exceptional feedback and communication abilities.Proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Required SkillsQuality management systems knowledge.Analytical thinking.Problem-solving skills.Effective communication abilities.Experience in a managerial role.Familiarity with industry standards.
