The company focuses on delivering comfort for customers, value for partners, and meaningful contribution to the nation.Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Specialist role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the development, review, and continuous update of quality policies, procedures, and templates.Monitor compliance with approved policies, procedures, and controls across all company departments.Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of management systems, including:ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS)ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OH&S)Prepare and maintain quality manuals, forms, checklists, and quality records.Assist in planning and executing internal quality audit programs.Document nonconformities, observations, and findings identified through audits, reports, or performance evaluations.Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with relevant departments and verify their implementation and effectiveness.Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to developing appropriate corrective solutions.Collect, validate, and analyze quality performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs).Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual quality performance reports.Analyze performance gaps and deviations against approved objectives and targets.Support the development of quality scorecards, KPIs, and compliance metrics.Monitor continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.Identify opportunities to improve processes while reducing errors, waste, and duplication.Participate in reviewing business processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and clearly defined responsibilities.Monitor the implementation of quality-related decisions, recommendations, and action items.Support departments in developing corrective action plans and addressing audit findings.Participate in assessing operational risks and quality-related controls.Ensure proper document and records control and verify the use of approved document versions.Prepare analytical reports and executive presentations for senior management and the Quality Manager.Assist in developing and delivering quality awareness and training programs related to policies and procedures.Support external audits, certification bodies, and regulatory inspection visits.Coordinate with various departments to collect data and monitor compliance with quality requirements.Conduct field visits or operational reviews when required, based on business needs and management direction.Utilize company systems and digital platforms to monitor findings, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.Maintain the confidentiality of documents, data, and assigned by the direct manager that are related to the nature of the position. Education:Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related engineering or administrative discipline.Other academic qualifications may be considered if supported by relevant professional experience in quality management.Experience2–4 years of professional experience in Quality Management, Internal Audit, Process Improvement, Organizational Excellence, or Compliance.Experience in operational organizations or multi-site, multi-department companies is preferred.Field inspection experience is not mandatory if the candidate has strong experience in quality systems, procedures, and performance measurement. Preferred CertificationsISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.Quality Management or Continuous Improvement certifications.Lean Six Sigma Certification.Risk Management or Organizational Excellence certifications.Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is considered an advantage.
