Apply & track with Apply EdgeResponsibilitiesUnderstand the basic food safety requirements and regulations in the local area, and conduct food safety audits of stores according to brand related requirements (on site or on line);By analyzing the audit results of on-site/online food safety, monitor the food safety and hygiene implementation of chain stores;Supervise and track the on-site audit effectiveness of local third-party service providers to ensure the quality of their reports and effective identification of risks;Conduct food safety calibration/training for third-party service providers or special stores, and provide guidance to enhance personnel's quality awareness;Ensure the uniformity of audit standards and stable output of reports within the region through calibration communication and other forms;Conduct investigation and tracking of special abnormal quality cases to understand the situation of quality abnormalities;Maintain good communication with the local regional operations team and assist in handling possible abnormal reports, appeals, or other matters.QualificationsHave a certain understanding of food safety, strong communication and coordination skills, data analysis ability, and learning ability;Being honest and upright, hardworking, with a high sense of responsibility and self drive;Having internship/work experience in catering stores/food factories/food related fields is preferred, or having a major in food related fields is preferred;Food safety related training/certificates is preferred.
