Apply & track with Apply EdgeQuality Assurance Coach – Civil EngineeringLocation: LondonWe are working with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor who is looking to appoint a Quality Assurance Coach to support major water infrastructure projects across the London area.This is a hands-on, site-based role working closely with site teams, engineers and operational staff to make sure quality assurance processes are understood, followed and properly documented throughout project delivery. The focus is on helping teams get the QA process right from the outset, ensuring documentation is completed correctly and reducing the risk of defects, rework or corrective action later in the project.You will work directly with project teams, supporting them with QA documentation, reviewing processes, identifying gaps and helping to improve quality standards across live civil engineering projects.The role is very much about coaching and supporting rather than policing, helping site teams understand what is required and making the QA process practical and effective.What we’re looking for:Previous Quality Assurance experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities or constructionGood knowledge of ISO 9000, Quality Assurance processes and Quality Management SystemsStrong understanding of civil engineering QA processes and project quality documentationExperience supporting site teams with QA records and documentationAbility to identify gaps in process and help teams put improvements in placeUnderstanding of how effective QA can reduce defects, rework and corrective actionsExperience working with data and producing or reviewing quality-related informationExperience using Power BIComfortable using digital document management systems and willing to learn new systems where requiredStrong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence site and operational teamsFull UK driving licence and happy to travel across regional sitesPackage:£39,000 to £54,000 dependant on experienceCompany car or car allowance plus a hist of surrounding benefitsPlease apply with an updated CV.
