Quality Assurance Specialist

Support building the BRC system, maintenance, and improvement following BRC requirements.Monitor, update, and evaluate the quality management system.Cooperate with relevant to conduct internal audits, Food safety training programs.Measure all quality parameters from input, during processing, output, dispatch, and packaging. Compare specs and ensure matching with spec/customer requirement.Control documents, records, and traceability for each lot, take investigating & give corrective action, take improve the customer complaints issues.Cooperate with related sections to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality and food safety system.Perform the task required by Quality Assistant Manager & Quality Manager.
