ORG UAC delivers innovative and high-quality packaging solutions to meet customer needs while ensuring excellent service and support.Quality Auditor:Primary purpose of the position: (Describe the scope of the position)Design, implement and enforce the quality assurance program of the QA departmentEnsure that the quality program in place, including the conduct of inspections, is adequate to assure management that all activities within the applicable regulatory requirementsEnsure that there is adequate review of documentation, procedures and inspections by the QA department and that the audits and inspections are scheduled accordinglyContinuously evaluate the effectiveness of the quality systemReport on the trending of events, deficiencies and deviations to regulations, SOPs, protocols etc. Maintain the Master Schedule of all studies conductedEnsure the archiving system for raw and electronic data generated is adequate and controlled ensuring data integrityMay be required to perform an audit of any vendor or contracting firm to qualify this firm's compliance to the standards of qualityEngage in continuous education in Quality Assurance and motivate successful QA effortsFrom time to time may perform tasks, that may be requested by the immediate Supervisor and mutually agreed uponProfessional & Education Qualification: Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, can making is desirable.Diploma: Degree or relevant Quality certificationSkills and Knowledge:Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniquesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office.Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet and database applications
