PARIS — Quality Control & Catalog Assistant - Internship Internship · Paris · 6 months · Immediate StartPresentation entrepriseWorking directly within our Paris Product Listing Team, you’ll be immersed in the day-to-day,hands-on management of ReSee’s luxury product — following exceptional pieces from themoment they arrive to their presentation online.This is a dynamic and diverse role combining product expertise, quality control, research,and merchandising. We are looking for a meticulous and fashion-conscious individual tooversee our luxury EU-based products, ensuring that each piece presented on ReSee meetsand upholds our quality standards.Core responsibilitiesQuality Control:Physical examination of consigned luxury fashion accessoriesProduct beautification and bespoke repairsClassification of condition on a 5-level scale (Pristine > Fair)Liaising with a team of authenticators on a weekly basisPresenting prepared fashion accessories to photographers for pack-shootingAligning with outbound logistics for repairs of sold itemsMonitoring personal progress and KPI fulfillmentCatalog Merchandising:Creation of SKU numerical references for each consigned pieceAssisting Paris sourcing teams with client email inquiriesTracking and analyzing incoming stock KPIsMerchandising new consignments within the product listing departmentArchival fashion research spanning the 1960s until the presentWe’re looking for someone who:● Has a genuine passion for vintage fashion, archival pieces, and the preservation of luxury● Has an excellent visual memory, a sharp eye, and exceptional attention to detail● Is highly organized, meticulous, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments● Is proactive with an analytical mindset● Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively● Ideally has an atelier or design backgroundPractical requirements: You must currently be enrolled as a student and able to provide avalid convention de stage for a 6-month, full-time internship, as well as have the legal rightto undertake an internship in France.
