Quality Control Analyst

Role: Quality Control AnalystLocation: SurreyCompensation: £30,000 - £35,000Mackinnon Bruce International are partnered with an international manufacturer in the essential oils and natural products industry. We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join their QC team in Chertsey, Surrey.The RoleThis is a technically focused, laboratory-based position responsible for the analysis, testing, and quality assurance of essential oils, carrier oils, and blended products in line with Good Laboratory Practices.Carry out chemical, physical, and organoleptic analysis of essential oils, blending, and carrier oils using GC/FID, GC/MS, HPLC, and FAME testing.Perform data analysis, interpretation, and deliver accurate reports including Certificates of Analysis and Technical Data Sheets.Maintain accurate analysis records and conduct routine instrument validations to ensure systems are fit for use.Assist in the implementation of ISO 9001 and work alongside the QA Manager to prepare SOPs, STPs, and safety procedures.Liaise with production, development, and purchasing departments to communicate results and manage sample entry and dispatch.The RequirementsLaboratory experience and skills will be highly beneficial.
