This role supports the quality team in inspecting materials, components, and completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications. Daily tasks include conducting routine quality checks, documenting inspection results, assisting with laboratory testing where applicable, and reporting non-conformities to supervisors. The Quality Control Assistant collaborates with engineering, production, and safety teams to help implement corrective actions, maintain quality records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role may also involve supporting internal audits and helping prepare quality documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.Qualifications Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with the ability to follow established procedures and standards.Analytical skills to review data, identify deviations, and support root cause analysis.Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly report findings.Basic Laboratory Skills for handling tests, measurements, and samples related to materials and components.Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance in a marine or industrial environment.Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, quality, or a related field preferred.Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast-paced, project-based environment.
