The company is committed to sustainable development and aims to be a Green Leader in Vietnam’s wholesale and retail industry.Role Description The Quality Control Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for monitoring and evaluating product quality, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain. Daily activities include conducting inspections and tests on incoming, in-process, and finished goods, verifying calibration and proper use of measuring equipment, and documenting results with accurate reports. The Quality Control Executive collaborates closely with operations, procurement, and warehouse teams to identify quality issues, propose corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining laboratory procedures where applicable, participating in internal audits, and supporting training on quality and food safety guidelines.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support quality-related decision-making.Proficiency in quality control and quality assurance practices, including standard operating procedures and compliance with relevant regulations.Experience with laboratory skills such as sample handling, basic testing methods, and documentation of results.Ability to perform and verify calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, or similar frameworks) and retail or FMCG industry experience is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational environments.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; proficiency in Vietnamese, with basic English skills beneficial.
