Team members join a growing brand that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.Role Description The Quality Control Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for ensuring that products, beverages, and service processes meet BART’s quality and safety standards. This role involves conducting routine inspections of ingredients, preparation areas, equipment, and final products to verify compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. The Quality Control Inspector documents findings, reports deviations, and collaborates with store and operations teams to implement corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence. Daily responsibilities include monitoring consistency across branches, reviewing checklists and records, supporting staff training on quality procedures, and providing clear feedback to maintain high standards. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, helping refine quality practices as the brand grows.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Inspection to evaluate products, processes, and service against defined standards.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to develop, follow, and improve quality procedures and documentation.Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to report findings clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support staff training.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in recording, analyzing, and interpreting quality data.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, preferably in the F&B or café/restaurant sector.Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related roles in hospitality, food services, or manufacturing is preferred.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline) is an advantage.Requirments Work schedule: Shift-based, not limited to morning shifts Experience: 2–3 years, preferably in the restaurant or café industryGood knowledge of Quality Management and Food Safety systemsGood English reading and writing skills Able to use email and Microsoft Office Having a valid driving license is preferred
