Location: Dubai DCWork Area: QC Area / WarehouseShift: Day Shift – Dubai DC working hoursNationality: Open to Nationals & ExpatsLanguage: EnglishRole OverviewThe Quality Control Inspector will perform mechanical product inspections, including visual and dimensional inspections of parts, assemblies and subassemblies, ensuring compliance with design and manufacturing requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and understand technical drawings, specifications and procedures.Perform visual and dimensional inspections of mechanical parts, assemblies and subassemblies.Use appropriate monitoring and measuring equipment to verify product requirements.Verify completeness of manufacturing/inspection operations and maintain accurate records.Complete and maintain inspection records, inspection logs and calibration records.Identify defects and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when products do not meet requirements.Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams on RCA, corrective actions and continuous improvement.Support a strong quality culture within the facility.Work with quality management systems and databases such as SAP, Oracle, Agility, etc.Participate in quality audits, Material Review Boards (MRBs), Kaizens and Root Cause Analysis activities.May be required to program or calibrate inspection equipment.Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-Years of experience: 5 Years of Mechanical QC ExperienceField of experience: Mechanical Quality Control, Electrical QC / ESD experience a plus
