PriceVision® also supports national, regional, and local sign companies and contractors seeking the best LED price displays and integrated control technology for their customers.The RoleWe're hiring a hands-on Quality Control Lead Technician to own product quality across our electronics manufacturing floor. You'll be the go-to person for inspecting finished goods and components, troubleshooting issues down to the component level, and making sure every product that leaves our facility meets our standards for performance and durability.This is a great fit for someone who's spent a few years elbow-deep in digital electronics, enjoys solving problems methodically, and wants real ownership over a QC function.What You'll DoInspect and manage QC across all stages of finished electronics manufacturing - PCBs, metal chassis, wire harnesses, build quality, and full system performanceTroubleshoot and perform failure analysis on PCBs, communication equipment, and cables returned from the field, both as individual components and complete systemsMaintain consistent quality standards on incoming materials and outgoing finished productsTest and inspect products at every stage of production to confirm standards are metIdentify quality issues and follow up to enforce corrective actions on the production floorLearn and help refine QC procedures and documentationWhat You Bring2-3 years of hands-on experience in electronics (digital electronics preferred)Proven ability to troubleshoot electronic products down to the component levelStrong self-management - you can prioritize, stay organized, and work with minimal supervisionClear, confident communication with both management and colleaguesSharp attention to detail with the ability to investigate problems and draw sound conclusionsCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies and processesComfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesAbility to lift up to 30 lbsDetailsSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; overtime as neededLocation: 1505 Wallace Dr, Carrollton, TX 75006 (on-site; not remote)Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off
