The Quality Control Manager will oversee quality standards across railway construction, maintenance, and operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety codes, and internal policies. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, reviewing technical documentation, and monitoring contractors’ and internal teams’ adherence to specifications. The role will involve analyzing quality-related data, identifying non-conformities, recommending corrective and preventive actions, and following up on their implementation. The Quality Control Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, safety, and project management teams, provide clear reporting to leadership, and support continuous improvement of railway systems and processes.QualificationsDemonstrated 15 years of experience in quality management or quality control within railways, transportation infrastructure, or a related engineering field.Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and compliance requirements relevant to railway projects and operations.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation, and to translate them into practical quality procedures.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and root-cause investigation to support corrective and preventive actions.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.Proven capacity to lead or coordinate quality-related activities, including audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to railway operations in the Riyadh Region.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities on-site.Previous experience in the Middle East railway sector or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.
