In this role, you will support microbiological testing and environmental monitoring activities essential to ensuring product quality and patient safety. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career microbiologists or laboratory professionals seeking hands-on experience in a GMP setting.ResponsibilitiesConduct environmental monitoring within cleanroom and controlled areasPerform routine microbiological testing (e.g., sterility, endotoxin, bioburden, Gram staining)Support microbial identification and culture-based assaysAccurately record, review, and trend laboratory dataMaintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness of workspacesFollow GMP guidelines and aseptic techniques at all timesAssist with continuous improvement initiatives and departmental projectsQualificationsMLO level 4 qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related field0–4 years of experience in a microbiology lab or environmental monitoring (preferred)Required SkillsFamiliarity with aseptic techniques and cleanroom environmentsBasic understanding of GMP and quality control processesComfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesWillingness to perform routine sampling activities (initial 12 months)Ability to gown for cleanroom work and handle light physical tasks (~12 kg)Good communication skills in EnglishBasic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Working hours (shift rotation):Day shift: 07:30 – 16:30Evening shift: 15:00 – 23:30
