Quality Control Trainee

Job Title: Quality Control Trainee Role Overview: We're looking for a motivated fresher/junior candidate to join our Quality team. This is an entry-level position — full training will be provided on inspection processes, documentation and quality systems. No prior certification required; we're looking for attention to detail, willingness to learn and discipline.Responsibilities:Assist in Incoming (IQC), In-Process (PQC), and Outgoing (OQC) quality checks under supervisionMaintain inspection records and quality documentationSupport senior quality staff during internal, process and customer auditsLearn and follow ISO-compliance documentation practicesReport deviations/defects to the reporting manager promptlyCoordinate with production floor staff on quality checkpointsIdeal Candidate:Diploma/ITI/B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, or related) — freshers welcomeBasic understanding of quality inspection concepts (preferred)Strong attention to detail and willingness to work on the shop floorGood communication and record-keeping habitsPrior exposure to a manufacturing environment is a plusCompensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on interview performance) + on-the-job trainingNote: As this role involves hands-on training and skill development, selected candidates will be required to sign a 1-year service commitment with the company.Location: E116-117, Block A, Site B, Surajpur Industrial Area, Uttar Pradesh – 201306Apply at: hr@vmigroup.in
