This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship, precision, and quality across all timepieces serviced in our workshop.Key Responsibilities:Perform assembly and disassembly of Swiss luxury watches with precision and careConduct thorough quality control inspections following service and repairsIdentify and report technical issues, defects, or inconsistenciesEnsure all timepieces meet brand standards before final deliveryHandle components with the utmost attention to detail to prevent damageMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentCollaborate closely with watchmakers and polishing teams to ensure optimal resultsQualifications:Experience working with Swiss watches (preferred)Strong attention to detail and manual dexterityUnderstanding of watch components and basic horology principlesAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-precision environmentProfessional, reliable, and team-oriented mindsetPreferred:Previous experience in a watch service center or luxury environmentFamiliarity with quality control standards in horologyExperience handling high-end brandsJob Types: Full-time, ContractWork Location: In person
