Quality Controller – Beverage Manufacturing

FRÍO is a Dubai beverage company. We make sparkling water and cola in the UAE and sell them in about 1,500 stores. We need a Quality Controller on our production line, to start immediately.You will:

• Check raw materials, packaging and finished cans against specification: Brix, pH, CO₂ volume, fill level, seam, date coding and labels.
• Run line checks during every production run and put any batch that fails on hold.
• Keep HACCP, GMP and cleaning (CIP) records complete and audit-ready.
• Take retention samples, run shelf-life and lab checks, and keep lab equipment calibrated.
• Investigate complaints and non-conformances, find the cause and close them.
• Support Dubai Municipality and ESMA inspections and supplier approvals.
• Report daily to the founder and production team.You must have:
• At least 2 years in quality control inside a food or beverage manufacturing plant. Beverage, water, juice or dairy is preferred.
• A valid HACCP certificate. ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 or GMP training is a plus.
• Hands-on lab skills: refractometer (Brix), pH meter, CO₂ tester, titration, microbiology sampling.
• Available to start immediately.
