Quality Controller – Construction & Fit-Out

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in high-end residential renovations, fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, and bespoke joinery. With an in-house technical team and joinery facility, we manage projects from design and approvals through execution and final handover.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller – Construction & Fit-Out to maintain high workmanship standards across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections across multiple project sites
• Inspect civil, fit-out, finishing, and joinery works
• Identify defects, poor workmanship, and non-compliant works
• Prepare snagging lists and follow up until full rectification
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and Revive standards
• Inspect finishing details including tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, and installations
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Monitor quality throughout execution rather than only at handover
• Conduct pre-handover inspections and ensure projects are ready for client handover
• Maintain quality inspection records and report recurring issues to management

Requirements

• UAE experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or quality control
• Strong knowledge of residential fit-out and finishing works
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify workmanship defects
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Able to confidently enforce quality standards with site teams and subcontractors
• High-end residential renovation experience is strongly preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
