With a multidisciplinary team experienced in non-acute healthcare, Madeeda Hospitals is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered services in a welcoming and homelike environment while maintaining high standards of healthcare quality and safety.Role DescriptionThe Quality Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for coordinating and following up on activities across clinical and non-clinical departments.The role focuses primarily on departmental coordination, follow-up, documentation, policy management, education coordination, and accreditation readiness. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and follow up with clinical and non-clinical departments on Accreditation related activities, requirements, and action plans.Maintain and follow up on the Educational calendar, including staff education, training, audits, meetings, and other planned activities.Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion and submission of required quality documents and evidence.Support the development, review, revision, and control of policies and procedures in coordination with relevant departments.Maintain organized quality documentation, records, trackers, and accreditation evidence files.Support the preparation and organization of accreditation documents and evidence and follow up with departments on outstanding requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceCandidates with a clinical or healthcare background are highly preferred.Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is required.Previous experience in a Quality Department is highly preferred.Previous involvement in hospital accreditation activities, particularly in preparing documentation, evidence, and departmental files, is highly preferred.Good understanding of healthcare quality, patient safety, and accreditation requirements.Strong coordination and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple departments and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, trackers, and follow-ups.Excellent English communication and writing skills are required.Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel, including data entry, tracking, formatting, basic analysis, and preparation of reports and dashboards.
