Department: Quality & SafetyAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality across our construction projects.

You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with specifications, standards, and client expectations from start to project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project drawings and specificationsMonitor and verify all site quality procedures according to approved method statements and inspection test plansCoordinate with client representatives and site teams to resolve quality issues and close NCRs (Non-Compliance Reports)Track and report all quality-related activities to the QA/QC ManagerReview and submit material approvals in coordination with technical teamsMaintain quality logs and ensure proper documentation and closure of site observationsAttend and oversee field quality tests (e.g., soil testing, compaction, pre-concrete inspections)Support continuous improvement in quality processes across project sitesRequirementsEducation & Experience:Saudi nationalBachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringRelevant experience in quality control within construction or infrastructure projects

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to prepare and analyze quality reportsCore Competencies:Strong coordination and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressureHigh attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetProfessional attitude with strong self-management skills
