Quality Engineer

Al Watania For Industries is Hiring: Quality EngineerIndustry: Manufacturing (Plastics / Metal Can Making / Paper Products)About the Role:We are looking for detail-oriented Quality Engineers to make sure our products meet customer and industry standards. We have openings in Plastic, CAN Making (Steel & Metal), and Paper products manufacturing.Key responsibilities:Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testingMonitor product quality using SPC and act quickly on deviationsInvestigate non-conformances and customer complaints using RCA tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D)Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow them to closureMaintain quality systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, or BRCGS, and support auditsManage calibration of measuring and testing equipmentRecord inspection results, quality reports, and KPIs accurately

Requirements

1 to 7 years of hands-on quality experience in Plastic, CAN Making (Steel & Metal), or Paper manufacturing (mandatory)Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Materials EngineeringGood knowledge of product testing such as seam teardown, top load, leak, burst, ECT/BCT, and dimensional checksWorking knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Control PlansWillingness to work shiftsPreferred: Internal Auditor certification, experience with food-contact packaging standards, and SAP QM or similar systems.
