Quality Engineer | Riyadh, KSA

We're looking for a Quality Engineer to join the Quality Department in Saudi Arabia. The role will support the Head of Quality in implementing quality standards and procedures across the factory, with a strong focus on inspection planning, non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare technical inspection plans and quality criteria for new products and processes in coordination with the Technical Office and Production teams. Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points before manufacturing. Analyze NCRs, rejection, and rework data to identify recurring issues and determine their root causes. Prepare and update SOPs related to inspection and quality control. Support technical investigations of complex or recurring complaints in coordination with Production and the Technical Office. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness in the field. Participate in the technical and quality evaluation of new suppliers before approval. Prepare periodic analytical reports on quality KPIs, including rejection rates, recurring defects, and closure time. Provide field training to Quality Inspectors on new inspection standards and equipment when required. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Science, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Good knowledge of quality tools and production processes Strong reporting and documentation skills Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is a plus
