HEAD OF HSEQ | Integrated Energy Group | UAEA large, integrated energy operator in the UAE is looking for a senior HSE leader to take ownership of safety, environmental and quality performance across a live operating plant. This is a confidential search — full details shared with shortlisted candidates.The roleYou'll sit at the top of the HSE function for a permanent operating asset — not a construction site, not a corporate ESG desk. You'll own the HSE management system end to end: policy, KPIs, audits, management review, and the safety culture of the plant. You'll be the senior voice on process safety (HAZOP/HAZID, major hazard risk), environmental compliance (ISO 14001), emergency and fire readiness, and contractor HSE governance across shutdowns, tie-ins and projects.
