قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Quality Technician is responsible for performing dimensional, visual, electrical, and mechanical inspection using standard documentation and procedures.This role will be part of the Manufacturing team and reporting to the QC Final Test Manager. We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.Supports the reduction in defective parts, process errors/inefficiencies and warranty costsSupports co-ordination and reporting of defects, including Quality Database and virtual job foldersImplements incoming inspection plan, both internal and external (local source), doing incoming inspection, and submitting the NCR if there is a quality issueImplements in-process quality control, auditing the service process to ensure that our way can meet the requirements, submitting the NCR if there is anything out of orderSupports the Quality System Engineer to do calibration, especially the torque wrench calibrationInteracts with engineers, project managers, production workers, and stock personnelProperly identifies, documents, and processes conforming and non-conforming materialUnder minimal supervision, perform electrical and/or mechanical inspection, of incoming or outgoing materials, determining conformance to applicable specifications as indicated by the designated procedures and product specificationsTroubleshoots semi-conductor industry related testing activity discrepanciesManage all manufacturing test data associated with customer acceptance testing (ATL) when applicableInterface with production/engineering personnel concerning inspection results. Skills/Knowledge/Experience: High school diploma or GED; associate degree a plus3-5 years Prior experience as a technician role in quality, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, test, continuous improvement, or other related disciplinMust have a basic understand if ISO standardsFamiliarity with mathematical concepts such as geometry, trigonometry, ratios, fractions, and proportionsExperience with Microsoft Office products particularly ExcelSelf-directed with strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate information to a broad range of functional groups such as Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment Maintenance, R&D, Safety, etcExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teamsExperience in process-driven environmentsRequirementsCOMPETENCIES:Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Occasionally work around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals. While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision; Distance vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including protective eye wear, hard hat, lab coat, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection. Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
