- Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly adapt to complex software systems with proficiency in Google Suite.Day-to-Day:The Pharmacy Quality Improvement Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing critical quality processes within the pharmacy, with a primary focus on managing the Adverse Drug Event (ADE) reporting process. This role requires a proactive approach to quality assurance, including reviewing patient feedback and other critical reporting, resolving quality issues, identifying areas for improvement, and developing actionable solutions. The Pharmacy Quality Improvement Specialist will work closely with all internal Pharmacy teams/ departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of ADEs, adherence to client-specific requirements and SLAs, and compliance with regulatory standards.
