Quality Management Process Senior Specialist

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in IT process analysis, business process management, or IT governance.Hands-on experience documenting AS-IS/TO-BE processes,Gathering and documenting IT business requirements,Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting QMS/process audits.Strong knowledge of process modeling and tools such as Visio, with knowledge of eTOM, ITIL, and Six Sigma.Cybersecurity, information security, GRC, and ISO 27001 experience are highly preferred.University degree preferably in Business Administration / Computer science /engineering degree or related fields
