Apply & track with Apply EdgeSalary & Employment DetailsSalary: AED 6,000 – AED 9,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, and overall suitability.Experience Required: 3–5 yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeWork Arrangement: On-SiteLocation: United Arab EmiratesValid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.Role DescriptionPower Group Facilities Management Services is looking for an experienced Quality Management Representative for a full-time, on-site position in the United Arab Emirates.The Quality Management Representative will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving the Quality Management System across facilities management operations.The role will work closely with Operations, HSE, Technical, Engineering, Soft Services, Customer Service, and Management teams to ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, client expectations, regulatory requirements, and applicable ISO standards.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System.Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, contractual obligations, UAE regulations, and applicable ISO standards.Plan, conduct, and report internal quality audits across departments, projects, and operational sites.Identify non-conformities, observations, service deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Raise, monitor, follow up, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues, service failures, complaints, and recurring non-conformities.Manage customer complaints from investigation through corrective action, resolution, and closure.Analyze complaint trends and recommend service improvement initiatives.Maintain quality policies, procedures, SOPs, forms, checklists, registers, records, and reports.Ensure effective document control, revision control, approval, distribution, and record retention.Monitor quality KPIs, SLAs, audit findings, inspection results, customer feedback, and service performance.Conduct regular quality inspections across operational sites.Prepare monthly and periodic quality performance reports for Management.Support Management Review Meetings and present audit findings, quality performance, customer complaints, risks, and improvement actions.Coordinate with Operations, HSE, Engineering, Technical, and Soft Services teams to ensure quality standards are consistently followed.Support ISO certification, surveillance audits, recertification audits, client audits, and other external audits.Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies when required.Follow up and ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.Promote quality awareness, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.Support digital quality reporting, CAFM systems, dashboards, inspection platforms, and technology-driven quality initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing, Compliance, or a similar role.Experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Technical Services, Maintenance, Property Management, Construction, or service-based industries is preferred.UAE or GCC Facilities Management experience will be an advantage.Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance processes.Strong practical experience in internal audits, NCR management, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, complaint management, and document control.Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System will be an added advantage.ISO Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, QMS, QHSE, or related professional certification will be preferred.Good knowledge of FM operations, SLA monitoring, KPIs, inspections, service quality, and customer requirements.Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills.Ability to coordinate effectively with Management, clients, engineers, supervisors, HSE teams, and operational departments.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Knowledge of CAFM or digital FM/quality management platforms is an advantage.Ability to independently visit and inspect multiple operational sites.Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
