Quality Management Specialist | Oil N GasA UAE-based energy group is hiring a Quality & Energy Management Systems Specialist to own its QMS/EnMS, lead audits, and act as the quality focal point bridging operations with corporate functions.What you'll doLead internal/external audits and drive timely closure of findingsMaintain QMS/EnMS compliance against ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; drive continual improvementTrack and report Quality KPIs and Balanced Scorecard targetsCoordinate quality initiatives with corporate HSEQ, sustainability and other stakeholdersDrive process optimization and operational excellence across the businessWhat you'll bringBachelor's degree in Quality Management or related field5–7 years' QMS experience, ideally in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Logistics or Industrial sectorsStrong working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001Proven audit leadership, corrective-action closure, and non-conformance resolutionISO 9001 Auditor certification preferredExposure to EnMS, Sustainability, AIMS or IT/OT Cybersecurity a plusWhy this roleGenuine cross-functional exposure, tax-free salary, and the standard relocation package for senior GCC energy roles.
